Some examples of her skills: As expected, she makes excellent suggestions of how we can organize ourselves and how we should decide what to keep and what to let go of. Further, she helps in deciding where those in the "let go" category should go and then takes them there. But, of importance to us, she doesn't push us into getting rid of things we really want to keep.
Additionally, her interpersonal skills are first rate and she appears unflappable. We will miss her when the three of us have accomplished our decluttering project. That's why she has become a life-long member of our family."

"I had the opportunity to work with Michelle on my walk-in-closet. At the time I was a single mom, college student and working full-time. To say I was busy was an understatement. Everything that was for me specifically was sacrificed to last on this list. Very last on that list was my closet. It was a chaotic disaster to say the very least. I asked Michelle to come take a look and tell me if she could help my situation. When she came for the consultation she was punctual and professional. She even took the time to greet my pets and didn’t mind them being around during our process. I was anxious and embarrassed to show her my closet, but she was completely non-judge mental and very comfortable to talk to about the project. She was confident she could help me get my closet organized so that it would make my time more efficient in getting ready, finding things and putting things away. She asked me some questions to determine what my priorities were and customized the functionality of the space just for me and my needs. She understood my time was spread thin so she didn’t take too long to get through the initial preference questions before going to work while I went on making dinner, laundry and homework. Only a few times did she need to ask me to make a decision or answer a question. In no time at all my closet was beautifully organized. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I had no idea it could be so crisp and clean with all I had to keep in it. I did purge a few things but mostly I realized I just didn’t know the most efficient way to use the space. After living with the changes Michelle made I didn’t change a thing. It saved me so much time getting ready and I found things I needed so much easier. I also wasn’t afraid for anyone to see my closet to get to the extra bathroom. No words for the relief Michelle and her abilities provided me. I appreciated her so much and will use her services again in the future. She coordinated everything from the time to meet and work with the project. I really didn’t have to do much except answer a few questions. We made a plan together and she executed it efficiently. I even learned some valuable things I continue to use when I organize my closet. Michelle is great and I trust her and her services.
